Unhalig — New Zealand Black Metal

Waterfall

Unhalig is a solo black metal and ambient music project from New Zealand. It is strongly influenced by Burzum, early Darkthrone, and the ambient music of Ildjarn, all seminal Norwegian black metal projects from the early 1990s.

The music is mostly synthesised using audio software, with an attempt to mimic the raw, primitive feel of its influences. Most of it is available free for download in MP3 format.
